# Operating Model

IPK separates campaign infrastructure from mediation, settlement and legal completion.

The process is designed to keep roles clear: agencies manage the relationship and transaction support, while IPK provides the focused campaign environment and platform records.

## AMI onboarding

Approved AMI agencies maintain licence, agreement, invoicing and authorised user records.

## Property onboarding

Agency teams prepare owner, registry, legal, disclosure, reserve and campaign information.

## Review and approval

Legal, compliance and IPK approval gates must be complete before campaign activation.

## Buyer activation

Email/phone verification, KYC/AML, proof of funds, deposit readiness and conditional CPCV preparation are required.

## Campaign participation

Qualified buyers participate inside the defined campaign window with transparent offer records and reserve logic.

## Certification

Successful close generates an IPK Campaign Result Certificate and activates the conditional CPCV pathway.

## Completion

Remaining legal, payment and completion steps continue with the relevant parties and appointed professionals.

## Prepared before launch, defined after completion

Each campaign is built around preparation, approval, qualified buyer participation and a documented route into the next transaction stage.

- Agency-led seller relationship
- Prepared property and legal information
- Qualified buyer participation
- Reserve pricing and defined timing
- Certificate-backed campaign outcome
